Job Summary

Atmos Living Management Group is seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Community Association Manager (ACAM) to support two Community Association Managers overseeing homeowner associations throughout Central and East Florida.

This position plays a key role in supporting community operations, resident communication, vendor coordination, meeting preparation, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid, field-based position that requires travel to community meetings, property visits, and events throughout the assigned territory.

Communities are primarily located throughout the Orlando, Clermont, Ocala, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and surrounding Central/East Florida markets.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • May provide indirect oversight of vendors and community partners. 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist Community Association Managers with daily operations of multiple homeowner associations
  • Coordinate vendor communications, proposals, and service requests
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and community correspondence
  • Assist with homeowner inquiries and issue resolution
  • Support annual meetings, board meetings, and community events
  • Help monitor compliance, records management, and association documentation
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial tracking
  • Maintain community websites, newsletters, and resident communications
  • Support collection and administrative processes as directed
  • Attend occasional evening meetings and community events
  • Perform other job-related duties as directed by upper management.

Required 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of administrative, customer service, HOA/community association, hospitality, or related experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout Central and East Florida as needed

Preferred

  • HOA, condominium, property management, or community association experience
  • Experience supporting multiple managers or departments
  • Familiarity with association management software and homeowner relations

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Works both indoors and outdoors. *
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Prolonged periods sitting in car, at a desk, working on a computer, and talking on a phone. *
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. at a time. 

Essential Function*

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35,000 - $45,000 annually equivalent ($17.00 -$21.00/hour)
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage (employee-only)
